CONTRACT AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This is an information and contact site to research, promote and display your work, to see new work that you want to buy and to contact other people that interest you. This is an entertainment site that will also inform. TheTattoosZine and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Tattooszine"). Please read this Visitor Agreement and by using this website you accept its terms.

This Visitor Agreement applies to all of the websites where it is posted in the agreement and terms section, but applies to each product, artist, their work, their art, and their words. Additional terms may apply to certain services and or products by some or all of the people that posted and promote their products here, those additional terms will be placed where you can see and understand them. If there is ever a question, contact the original artist and or seller to settle all disputes.

The Web is an evolving medium and we may change the terms of this Visitor Agreement occassionally. By continuing to use any of these Tattooszine sites after any post of any changes you accept this new Visitor Agreement as it stands modified. We may change, restrict acess to supend or discontinue the Tattooszine sites or any portion of them at any time we choose. We respect the privacy of our users and will not knowingly allow any one of our users or visitors to interfer with the life and art and business of any one of our artists and or visitors. If we deem it fit we will discontinue the ad, work, promotions or any other indication of that offending material, business or person at any time. If you the visitor and or another working artist that utilizes this site finds any material objectionable then just notify us at Tattooszine and we will determine if it fits into our site and will remove it if we deem necessary. At the same time this site is a connection and networking center between millions of people, the need for open communication and response to the art, artist and or products is necessary. Tattooszine, affliates are not responsible for any material, content, message and or reaction of any visitor if they contact that person personally by phone, fax, email, or any other means.

The material entered in this site is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide the useful and accurate info, errors may occur from time to time. Before you act on the information you have read, or seen in this site you should confirm any facts that are important to you and your decision before you partake in that service or purchase the product. All products, terms and sales are solely up to the seller, provider and or artist affliated with each store and or product and or service.

Tattooszine and those that partake in the site make no warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, usefulness, completeness of the information of the sites. We are not responsible for and can't guarantee the performance of artists, goods, services provided by our advertisers or others sites that we enable links to. A link to another website doesn't constitute an endorsement of that site nor any product, service or other material offered on that site by Tattooszine or its affliates and or licensors.

All artwork, names, written material, ads, messages, and photos, even videos...anything on this site is fully copyrighted by the individual artists and or advertisers. Do not steal the work but freely distribute, engage and post the work as long as you give full credit to the artist and or maker of the work that you admire, print out, send, email, post or in any other way share the material with another that does not physically enter and visit Tattooszine sites. If you do steal, manipulate, change, transform, remove, post or otherwise remove the work from the artist and or name that owns and deserves credit for the work then you will most likely find yourself under personal litigation from said artist and or manufacture.

All work on this site is listed unpublished and or origninal work including but without limitation to the right to publish the work in whole or in part in any and all forms of the media, now or herafter known.

All artwork, products and or photos that are submitted, including but not limited to written content, drawings, paintings, posters, tattoo photos, videos become the property of Tattooszine to freely display, crop, post, remove, publish in any way that they deem fit for the benefit of Tattooszine and affliates. We do guarantee that whenever possible we will publish the owner and or creator of the art, product, photo or what ever is displayed on the sites, we will give the owner credit of their work. We at Tattooszine also will not take the rights of any art or product, service from the originators and or owners. We will merely post and use your submissions to further the viewership of visitors and promote more product display on the sites. In submitting photos and or art to the Tattooszine sites you agree to the following terms and or conditions:

You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to share in any revenue that the Tattooszine may or may not earn or generate through its use of your submissions in any format.

User Generated Video and or other material that you provide to this site:

In submitting user generated video to the Tattooszine sites you agree to the following terms and or conditions:

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which you are hereby acknowledged you grant Tattooszine joint venture partners, vendors, production companies and or programming and content distributors, their affliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns a non-exclusive, perpetual, royality free, fully paid up license to make use of and distribute your user-generated video submitted herunder as well as your name, voice, likeness and appearance therin if any, and the personally identifying informatin that you provide on or in connection therewith as further described below. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to share in any revenue that the Tattooszine may or may not earn or generate throug its use of your video submission.

You grant the Tattooszine parties the non exclusive right to edit in any manner, and to use and distribute and license others to use and distribute, your video submission or any portions, reproductions, or versisions thereof, on the websites, products and or services in any and all media, now know or hereafter invented, including without limitation to television, home video/DVD products and movile services, of the Tattooszine parties. This is includes an unlimited number of reproductions, and or copies, prints and more in perpetuity, throughout the world with or without charge or cost to end-users or other third parties. You also grant the Tattooszine and parties affliated the right to use and distribute and lixense others to use and idstribute, your video submissin in the promotion of such websites, products and or services, to the same extent permitted for the use and distribution of your video and photo, written and other submissions. We do guarantee full credit to the originators of the material when ever possible.

You represent and warrant that your video submission and other material is your original work and that you have secured any and all rights, releases and permissions necessary for the Tattooszines' use and distribution of your video and material submitted hereunder, including without limitation to those related to any people, places, music, performances of dance or music, video, photographs and or graphics in your video or other submission. You represent and warrant that , to the best of your knowledge, no further permission or fees are due for the Tattooszines' parties use and distribution of your video made by you or others in the video submission are true to the best of your knowledge and that neither they, nor any parts of your submissions will violate any law or regulation or violate, infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Waiver of Righ of Approval. You hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of your submission(s) as used and distributed by the Tattooszine including without limitation any approval of your appearance and or use of your name therewith or the uses to which eithe may be put in.

Release and Waiver Indemnification. You acknowledge that the Tattooszine parties will rely on the foregoing terms and conditions potentially at substantial cost to them and the you hereby waive the right to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against any party relating to the excercise of the rights and permissions granted hereunder. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold hamless the Tattooszine parties from any and all claims arising from their use and distribution of your video, art, written or graphic message as permitted herin.

Chat rooms, forums:

Tattooszine wants to encourage an open and free exchange of information and ideas. We try to review each and every submission at this time bu we may allow a posting to be entered into the forum or other public posting areas that may upset someone somewhere. This is not our intention and every possible opportunity that we could we tried to maintain a healthy and respectful exchange of ideas, messages and the like. You may not post or transmit any message annonymously or under a false name. You may not permit any person to access, using your account, any features of the Tattooszine sites that may require registration. You may not post a single message more than three times in more than one location. If your message, in our judgement, is off topic, or in violation of this Visitor Agreement we retain the right to deny access to your message. Further we will deny access to anyone who we believe in our sole discretion has violated these terms or any other tem of this Visitor Agreement. We will edit, delete or remove any submission in any form if we deem it any posting or submission including without limitation to Video submissions that come to our attention which we may consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal reasons or not.

Tattooszine requires that you do not violate or use the Tattooszine sites to violate anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. By submitting material, using, visiting this site you agree to these terms. Once again, We require that by submitting, entering or using these sites by Tattooszine that you are representing the owner and or the original creator of the work. If you are making you submission with the express consent of the owner you warrent that all moral rights in any material that you submit to us have been waived. Submitting material that is the property of another with out the consent of the owner is not only a violation of this agreement but may entitle the owner of the work that you submitted to engage in further legal action against you for infrindgement of copyright laws. That is up to the owner and not Tattooszines decision unless you infrindged against DG Wilson, Masterpieces Artistic Tattoos and Gallery and their estate, from now and until the end of time in any format, or method current, past or to be invented.

All materials written, submitted in any form on these sites become the property of Tattooszine, but as stated before you still own your rights, can do and promote your work as you see fit, we just require the possibility of utilizing your submission to further the sites. We are free to use your work as free display, print for personal and non commercial use. But you may not reproduce the images, content and or materials, submissions for your own personal display, and will not become your property, you must clearly give full credit to artist, owner or provider, manufacture. The very best and most legal way that would promote the work that you saw on these sites would be to invite others to view the content in the pages of the sites. Any other method including emails may cause legal troubles for you.

Linking:

We at Tattooszine welcome and encourage links. You are usually free to establish a hypertext link to any of our sites as long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship or endorsement of your site by any of the Tattooszine sites. However if you should check the copyright notice on the page to which you wish to link to make certain that one of our content providers doesn not have its own policies regarding direct links to their content on their sites.

NO SOLICITING:

You agree when you enter and use these sites not to advertise or solicit anyone to buy or sell, products or services nor to solicit anyone to make donations of any kind with our express written apprval.

NO spamming or spimming:

Occassionally, our users post their email addresses in our forums and othe public posting areas. You may NOT gather these email addresses for commercial or illegal purposes, such as sending unrequested email or intant messages.

NO framing:

Without the prior written premission of Tattooszine, you may not frame, or make it appear that a third-party site is presenting or endorsing, andy of the content of the Tattooszine sites, or incorporate any intellectual property of the Tattoosaine sites or any of their licensors into another website or service.

Micellaneous:

The Tattooszine staff work hard to ensure that information we post on the sites is bothe timely and accurate. But the news changes over time and reports that were accurate when posted may quickly become old news fast. Though we may post follow up reports, and may continue to provide access to the original report, as is an archive of new stories, we don't go back and change the original report to reflect new developments. If you are looking for the most recent information on a given subject and not the history of how the story developed or unfolded, be sure your're not looking at an out of date report.

To obtain access to certain services on the Tattooszine sites you may be give an opportunity to register with the Tattooszine site. As part of any such registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information that you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, or attempt to enter any Tattooszine sites under the name of another person or account. Tattooszine reserves the right to reject or terminate any user name or password that, in its judement, it deems offensive. You will be responsible for preserving the confidetiality of your password and will notify Tattooszine of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account. You much be at least 13 years of age to register with Tattooszine. Please inform us if there is a change in the information you provided at the time of your initial registration, including any change of address or name, by contacting our reperesentative at our website.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Tattooszine company and affliates, representatives, staff, officers, directors, employess, agents, licensors and suppliers, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and consts, (including resonable attourneys' fees) resulting from any violation of this Visitor Agreement.

In the event that any portion of this Visitor Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such as invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any other portion of this Visitor Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable portion were not part of the Visitor Agreement.

By using these sites by Tattooszine and DG Wilson, Tattooszine.com and Tatstube.com you agree to these terms and agree to abide by this Visitor Agreement. We hope you enjoy using the Tattooszine sites, and we welcome suggestions for improvement. Thank you so much!
